Location and Convenience

Sivana HideAway is located in the beautiful beachfront resort city, Hua Hin, also known as the Kings City, being the home of the Royal summer residence, Klai Kang Won Palace. Who is the Developer and Landowner?

Bangkok Living Development Co Ltd (BLD Co Ltd). The company is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and was established in 2003.

What is the size of the Sivana HideAway project?

The total land area is 45,000 sqm. Including the Resort, the area comes to 11.10 acres, or 4.5 hectares.

How many units will there be?

There will be a total of 42 one-storey villas.

What sizes are the villa plots?

Villa plots range from 560 – 1,000 sqm, and homebuyers have the option to combine multiple plots together.

How much would it cost to buy extra land?

Can I extend the length of my pool?

Yes you can. Additional cost will apply.

What are the ownership options when purchasing a villa?

For a foreigner, land is leased for 90 years and the house is freehold. For a Thai national or Thai company, the land and house is freehold.

What are maintenance fees?

To cover pool cleaning, garden maintenance, garbage collection, 24-hour security and the cleaning of the common area, each homeowner pays maintenance fees to the service provider on an annual basis. Fees are charged at THB 15/sqm of land.

How long is my villa’s warranty period?

We offer a one-year warranty for defects and five years for structure.

Will my villa come fully furnished?

Yes, each villa comes fully furnished and ready for you to move in.

What would happen to the villa if something were to happen to me?

The villa ownership would be transferred to your children or other chosen family member(s).

How do I pay for water and electricity fees?

Each homeowner will be individually billed by the PEA (Provincial Electric Authority) and the water department. You can choose to either pay the fees yourself at a nearby shopping call called Market Village, or have us pay them on your behalf for a small service fee.

It’s 10km to Hua Hin city centre and 2km to the nearest beach, Sai Noi Beach.

Are there any convenience stores nearby?

Yes, there are 3 stores within a 5-minute walk: 7-Eleven, Tesco and Family Mart.
